In this session, we’ll talk through your main concerns, your symptoms, and what you’d like to focus on. We’ll also review a typical day of eating using Cronometer so I can get a clearer picture of your nutrition, lifestyle patterns and possible gaps.

By the end of your review, you’ll have more clarity about:

  • What your next best steps are.

You’ll also receive a 1-page written summary with:

  • 3 personalised lifestyle recommendations.

Follow-On Option

After your Health Review, you’ll have 2 weeks to decide whether you’d like to move forward with the 6-week Kickstart Programme.

If you choose to join within that time, the £45 review fee will be deducted from the cost of the programme.
